At Rutgers Bootcamps, the student experience is our top priority. As you move up the learning curve, you’re likely to have questions about the concepts covered in class. We support our Coding and Data Science Bootcamp students every step of the way, because we want to ensure that our students receive more than just a certificate. All bootcamp students have a dedicated Student Success Manager onsite to provide support with onboarding, pre-launch preparation, classroom coordination and onsite instructor management.
Communication is key. At Rutgers Bootcamps, we use Slack to keep in constant contact. Slack is a communication tool that we use to empower students to communicate with each other, intructors and TAs, and their Student Success Manager.
Your feedback is invaluable. That is why we have set up multiple feedback systems to make sure we’re always doing our best. Our student success team administers surveys throughout each program to capture student goals, backgrounds, demographics and program feedback, in addition to weekly feedback forms, allowing us to make real-time changes as needed.

This has enabled us to successfully provide real time oversight of the curriculum, constructive feedback to our instructors and the highest level of student support in the industry.

Our Career Services team is built on the principle of empowerment. We know our students have what it takes—so we are here to empower you to find a job using the skills you have learned in our program. We can’t do the work for you, but we can equip, guide and motivate you to reach beyond your comfort zone and find the job that’s right for you. With hard work and a positive attitude, our graduates find great success.
Students have a dedicated Career Services Director onsite to build an employer network, coordinate in-class delivery or career curriculum and hiring events—and provide coaching to students for career readiness. Students receive one-on-one career assistance, resume and social media profile support, portfolio reviews, opportunities for mock interviews and more. We introduce you to employers, have company tours and speaking engagements and ensure that you are prepared for the interview process.
- Career support is offered in the 90 days after graduation.
- Our Career Curriculum is comprised of 15-20 classes including instructor engagements.
- Classes are taught by a combination of Career Directors, Instructors, TAs and industry experts from partner companies.
- Each class corresponds to a required document you will need to apply for a job.
